The highly entertaining Comedytainment live show returns to the Gee Wee Restaurant on Sunday, with a line-up of comedians spanning collectively over 40 years in Jamaica's arts and entertainment industry.

"There are many comedians who have been the flag bearers of comedy over the years, even when comedy was not getting the kind of exposure it has received in recent years, so what better way to showcase those than at Comedytainment. We believe in the development of the sector into a viable form of entertainment which deserves a place in any conversation highlighting contribution of Jamaica's Creative Industries," said L. Nicole Brown, organiser of Comedytainment.

Headline acts

Headlining Heroes of Comedy will be Leon 'Lemon' Parkins, Leighton 'The Pastor' Smith and Dorothy 'Miss Zela' Cunningham.

FLOW Brand Ambassador, Pretty Boy Floyd will again be responsible for hosting the evening's proceedings. The event promises to be another exciting event for the patrons, whose well-being and enjoyment are always at the forefront of every staging.

It is for this reason that Comedytainment's Heroes of Comedy will begin at 7 p.m. with a special performance of Mento music by the Peacemakers Mento Band which flows into the show at 8 p.m.
