Rasbert Turner, STAR Writer Patrons who turned out last week to Gee Wee for the second anniversary of Remy Wednesday were thoroughly entertained. The South Camp Road complex was transformed into a sea of white as the majority of the patrons observed the theme. SK Disco served up a musical treat dominated by lovers rock of the '70s and '80s. It was clean lyrics that came from the turntables. "This is clean and very good entertainment where you can meet and mingle with a clean, mature audience. I really like this," Maxine Mundle, a patron said while enjoying a a bottle of Guinness. Promoter Corine Jackwette took time out to interact with patrons. The mood was set for entertainment when persons began getting their groove on. It was a night that saw liquor flowing copiously. For those who danced, the space was limited, but the vibes was at fever-pitch. Apart from the music and alcohol, there were also various dishes served buffet style. |
