Don Andre remixes Tom Cruise

Curtis Campbell, Star Writer

UK-based dancehall artiste Don Andre has remixed his dance song, 'Tom Cruise', with popular dancers/deejays Ding Dong and Chi Ching Ching.

"Its a big achievement and this is my first collaboration with dancehall giants. Ding Dong was in the country and he liked the dance and the song so he decided to do his verse. I then sent it to Chi Ching Ching, and he also loved it, and sent his verse, right now we are looking to do a video for the remix," Don Andre said.

The KMG Records single was released earlier this year and is popular in the UK.

In keeping with the current popularity of the song, the deejay has released separate music videos, receiving more than 30,000 views on YouTube.

The dance has also sparked a positive reaction from the dancing community with dancers Dancehall Queen Nickeisha, Short Man and Marvin uploading versions of the dance on social media.

"I am ecstatic, overwhelmed and delighted! I don't think that there are enough words to explain the feeling I have towards the response of Tom Cruise. To know it wasn't planned or nothing, 100 per cent spontaneous! The Tom Cruise song and dance move is just the result of some late-night antics during a studio session," he told Dancers Paradise.
