'Judge' wanted by the police

Detectives attached to Hunts Bay Police Station have listed Omar James, otherwise called 'Judge', of White Lane in Olympic Gardens, Kingston 11, as a person of interest.

James is being asked to report to the Hunts Bay Police Station by midday today.

Detectives believe that he can assist them in their investigations into the shooting death of a 14-year-old Canadian national, which occurred yesterday. He has been identified as Ricardo Williams of Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.

However, the police have not identified where the wake was held or the circumstances under which the teen was killed.

Information received so far is that about 1:50 a.m., residents at a wake reportedly heard explosions and discovered that the teen was shot. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The police were called in, and following investigations, listed Judge as a person of interest
