With the song and video for 'Rri Bam Bi Deng' generating lots of airplay on radio and at music-video outlets, deejay Devin Di Dakta is getting ready to hit the stage in London, England.

The 2015 Magnum King of the Dancehall winner will embark on a mini-London promotional tour to spread his music outside of Jamaica.

"The shows in England are promotional gigs but, for me, the main aim is to spread the music to the England massive and let the fans see me live in action to know that I am not just good on record, but also a great performer," Devin said.

Since winning the competition earlier this year, Devin's popularity continues to rise. Originally from St Mary, the 19-year-old became the youngest contestant to win the Magnum competition.

In recent months, he has penetrated radio with a string of songs, while performing at many events and stage shows across the island.

Impressive views

His debut single, Rri Bam Bi Deng Deng,continues to make an impression on the airwaves, and the accompanying music video has racked up impressive views on YouTube. Directed by RD Studios, the video is in rotation on RETV, Hype TV and Tempo Networks.

Devin is looking forward to the release of his next single, Boom Shalla ZumGoshman. A video for the single Run Mi Dung, which was produced by Jay Crazy Records, is also in the pipeline. The song is featured on the 'Blah Daff Nation' rhythm.

The New Forest Summer Jam in Manchester, and the LIME Skool Aid events are among Devin's upcoming performances.
