Urine allegedly thrown during altercation |

SHANICE WATSON, STAR Writer A man accused of throwing urine on another, appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court last Thursday. Charged with assault at common law is Dane Richards. He pleaded guilty with explanation. When Judge Simone Maddix allowed the explanation, Richards said, "Basically, he [the complainant] caused the incident because him come lick me on me finger, and that's how the bottle of urine drop pon him. That's how him get fi say me throw it pan him." After hearing the explanation, the judge suggested that Richard change his plea to not guilty. He complied and a trial date was set for September 16. |
