Getting soaking wet from water trucks and foam machines, along with a good vibe and high energy, are what patrons can expect at JB Overproof Rum's 'Soakin' Wett' tomorrow at Chances Beach in Negril, Westmoreland.
According to Sean Greenfield, promoter of the event, "Soakin' Wett will be bigger and better this year because for 2015, the event will be transformed into a foam and water party, and not just be a water party alone. Patrons can expect high energy with a mixture of soca, EDM and other genres of music being mixed by DJ Mackie and Gemini, Miller Extreme and DJ Nezz."
JB Overproof Rum's 'Soakin Wett' is held twice per year: easter and summer. "Our event during the Easter weekend was spectacular. We were pleased with the number which turned up to party, and promised to make the summer edition even better than the last party," Greenfield said.
Pietro Gramegna, marketing manager - White Spirits at J Wray & Nephew Limited, said this is the perfect way to end the summer in the west."If Jamaicans want to experience the ultimate party event before climaxing their summer, JB Overproof Rum's 'Soakin Wett' is the party they need to attend," he said.
