Dancehall artiste Mr Khool is in high spirits as he looks forward to his upcoming birthday bash stage show and family fun day.

"This is the first time I am putting on my birthday bash, and I am anticipating a great turnout. I am getting a lot of positive feedback from my fans about it," he said.

The event will kick off tomorrow at 10 a.m. with a free family fun day at the Village Hut Nightclub car park at Knockpatrick in Mandeville, Manchester. The fun day will feature a variety of activities and entertainment for the children, including bounce-a-bouts, face painting and a mechanical bull.

"We can't leave out the kids - the children are the future - so I have included a family fun day as a part of my birthday bash. We want all the parents in Manchester and surrounding areas to bring out their kids on Saturday and let them have a wonderful time. There will be lots of activities for the kids, plus we are also going to give them back-to-school supplies," said Mr Khool.

After the family fun day, the stage show will take place in the night at the same venue. It will feature an exciting line-up of artistes, including Macka Diamond, Vanessa Bling aka Gaza Slim, Vershon, Biggaton, Little Hero, Konfydence, Innovata, Sean Sonic, Bescenta, Mr Absolute and I-shane.

Music will be provided by Pink Panter, Red Heat sound system, Niney Badness, DJ Dippo, DJ Sherlock, Ricky Fresh, Fada Hype and Mistro Konsequence.

"I want the patrons to come out early in the night and enjoy themselves. There will be a lot of artistes and sound systems to keep them entertained, and there will also be a special surprise guest artiste passing through," he said.

Mr Khool's Birthday Bash and Family Fun Day is being staged by Mr Khool in association with Star Bwoy Productions. Part proceeds from the event will go to the Mr Khool and the Food Hut Street People Feeding Programme.Admission is $499 before midnight and $700 after; VIP admission is $1,500.
