A St Catherine businessman was charged with breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act by detectives from the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Taskforce (MOCA). He has been identified as 39-year-old Kurt Deidrick of Bridgeport, St Catherine. The charges are as a result of investigations following an operation by MOCA on Sunday, June 7, along the Palisadoes main road. A police constable, Robert Roach, and 23-year-old Jonelle Edwards were both charged with multiple breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act. Deidrick is charged with possession of, dealing in, and taking steps to export ganja.
