Fast-rising dancehall artiste Jahvanie 'Tivick' Brown has been generating a lot of buzz with a single called 'Bring It Come' since it was added to major rotation on FM radio. "Well, I am feeling quite exultant because of the great feedback from the fans on this single. From I was in studio, Jaycrazie, who voiced this project, said that he believed it was a hit and that gave me the motivation to push towards promoting my single harder," he said. Overseas-based producer Demsi of the Longevity Music Group released the single, and it is also doing well in markets such as New York, UK and Guyana. "Radio stations,c especially Suncity and Hitz 92 FMs are blazing the new single. also, street disc jocks like DJ Dotcom, DJ Logon, and DJ Jungle Jesus are giving it love. This song will surely be a hit in the next couple months," the young blood from Red Hills, St Andrew, said. He is determined to be a success even though he is facing serious financial constraints. "Even without a management team to help, I am going to keep pushing on my own," he said. He has been booked for shows in Westmoreland, Trelawny, and he has been getting requests in Caribbean territories. A graduate of Tarrant High School, this 20-year-old also has a follow-up single, Take Over, featuring I-oshan, which has just been added to rotation on stations in the UK. "Take Over is doing well in UK because they love the melodies over there," he said. You can find Tivick on Twitter @startivick and Instagram @tivick_deadly, or on Tivick Unstoppable on Facebook. |
