More than 2,000 turn out at Street Football finals

More than 2,000 spectators turned out to the Tony Spaulding Complex in Arnett Gardens on Sunday for the Guinness Street Football Challenge National Finals.

While the football was the main attraction, patrons stayed behind for what was a high-energy show.

The Digicel and Guinness dancers got the ball rolling and entertained the crowd during each half-time break. Patrons showed their appreciation with the powerful sound of their cheers and vuvuzelas.

Soon after, there was a dance-off. Determining a winner proved difficult, as both teams showed great skill.

Chi Ching Ching, who is usually recognised for his creative and catchy phrases, later enthralled the audience with a very entertaining performance.

Afterwards, it was time for Ding Dong, who took to the court with his entourage of dancers to give a high energy performance. Though his set was short, he delivered well. He sang hitss and showed off his dance moves.

Throughout the evening, there were giveaways courtesy of sponsors Digicel, Gatorade and Guinness.
