Top Ja artistes on Canadian label's rhythm

Canada-based recording label, Konsequnece Muzik, has released a rhythm compilation, 'Summer Escape'.

The Summer Escape Volume 1 compilation features some of Jamaican's hottest artistes, Beenie Man, Lady Saw, Mavado, Khago, Konshens, Ding Dong, Sim Sim 2 Bad, I-Octane and Future Fambo.

The rhythm was released on iTunes.

It has a melodic, sexy and fun vibe, giving a feeling summer is here.

The Konsequnece Muzik team is happy about the project and how it has been going so far.

"The feedback we're receiving in the street and on the radio is great, and we appreciate the support from everyone," said Tristmar Peart, chief executive officer, Konsequnece Muzik.

Lady Saw's effort on the rhythm, Summer Love, is one of the hottest tracks of the project. A video for the song was shot recently and will be released soon.

Konsequnece Muzik team is gearing up to do a medley video for the rhythm compilation, representative for the label said.

Meanwhile, Beenie Man, the man who many dub 'King of the dancehall' said it is, indeed, a great rhythm with an international sound and summer vibe to it. Beenie's song on the rhythm is Anything Yuh Want.

"I love the rhythm. from I received it from the producers, the vibe hit me same time, so I did the recording the next day," he said.
