A vehicular accident along the Spanish Town Bypass, involving a Honda motorcycle and a Toyota Passo motor car, left three persons with multiple injuries on Sunday.

Reports are that, about 11:30 a.m., the Passo was travelling from Salt Pond Road when, reaching the intersection, while going through the traffic light, it collied with a Honda motorcycle travelling northerly on the roadway.

The impact caused the driver and pillion to be thrown from the bike, which was extensively damaged.

Both were taken to the Spanish Town Hospital for treatment.

The St Catherine north traffic department is investigating in the accident.
