Juju Reid Drops New Video

Reggae crooner Juju Reid has released a new video for his single 'International Love'. This comes only weeks after releasing another music video for his song 'Come My Way'.

Released three weeks ago, International Love has racked up almost 10 thousand views on YouTube and has been added to rotation on several radio stations in Jamaica and the Caribbean.

"This song has the ability to cross over to major international markets for reggae in Australia, Africa and Europe and the early feedback has been very encouraging," JR Production label executive manager, Adoney Reid explained.

Produced by Money Green Productions, the video for International Love was directed and shot by Dukey Dukez. The main scenes showcase the earthy culture of Jamaica with Juju Reid frolicking with his main squeeze on a black sand beach.

Born Junior Reid on October 11, 1991, Juju Reid is one of the sons of noted reggae artiste Junior Reid. During his youth, he gravitated towards dancehall music but still found love for the ever-present reggae cultural tunes. By the age of seven, he was performing with his father and older brother on stage. Therefore, it wasn't surprising that he would make music his destiny.

Although he is a deejay and a singer, Juju Reid's music has been has described as a mix between roots rock reggae, dancehall and hip hop. His musical influences include his father Junior Reid, brothers, Andrew and Jawada Hugh (Wadda Blood) Mundell, Bob Marley, Junior Gong and Big Youth.

The artiste is currently looking to promote his debut EP, D'Yung Veteran, which contains International Love and Weh Mi Come From featuring Wada Blood (Jawada).
