The independent marketing and media production firm, Real Entertainment Production (REP), known for its work in film, is now dabbling in the world of radio with the introduction of a programme called Life in the Spirit. Life in the Spirit is a non-denominational programme which will facilitate the expressions, views and beliefs of all spiritual believers. The programme will seek to expose its listenership to the values and teachings of various religions, giving them the opportunity to make a spiritually informed choice, Life in the Spirit is to be aired on Bess 100 fm from noon 1 p.m. every Sunday, beginning on June 14, 2015 and will be hosted by Durward Stewart, a vibrant young man who is anxious to make his mark on the radio landscape. "I intend to revive listeners with our 'spirit up' and not 'big up' attitude, while giving a fresh anointed sound," said Stewart, who is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in marine biology at the University of the West Indies, Mona. "The programme will seek to cater to the total person and is geared towards catering to the spiritual lifestyle in all its facets." The programme will incorporate a social outreach component - Help-a-Child - which will garner support for inner-city children. Fans can access the show through the Internet and on the radio. Christians can follow the programme producers on Twitter: @lifeindispirit. "Remember to use the hasghtag, #helpachild, and like our page on Facebook at Life in the Spirit Radio Show, and listen to us as we stream live at www.bessfm.com," he said.
