Sex appointment with wife |

![]() ![]() Insists i set date to make love Dear Pastor, There is something I want to talk to you about. I am a married man. My wife is a very spiritual woman, but we got married seven months ago. The people in the church were very surprised that she had agreed to marry me, because others tried and did not get her. She is a schoolteacher and a preacher too. Some people say that she was getting old and that is why she agreed to marry me. Some say that she tied me to her. I used to think that it is jealous people are jealous. When it comes to sex, I am having a hard time. This woman says that I like sex too much and she has to prepare for it, so I should tell her in advance when I want to have sex with her. I thought she was making jokes, but I found out that she was serious when she resisted me and I tried to remove her underwear. One Saturday night, she told me that I should remember that she had to preach on Sunday so I will have to wait until Monday night. I am suffering. Where in the Bible, sir, can I find that a man has to make an appointment with his wife to have sex? I am depending on you for your answer. I don't want to say anything to the church members about this, because I know that they do not like her. S.A Dear S.A., Your wife is crazy and probably needs psychotherapy. The members of the church knew something was wrong with her and that's why they made so many unpleasant remarks about her. It is unlikely that she will change. Perhaps she looks at you as a little boy and feels that she can do whatever she wants and you accept it. On the other hand, perhaps she believes that her behaviour is normal and that sex is not very important in a relationship. Please understand that you cannot keep silent about this matter. You don't have to suggest it to your pastor, but you should tell her that both of you should make an appointment to see a family counsellor or psychologist. If this woman does not change, I can tell you now that the relationship will not last. Coming to think of it, I did not need to say that. Pastor
