Bonner Cornerstone Music recording artiste Snatcha formerly known as Snatcha Lion is clawing his way up to the top of the musical ladder.

The hard-working singjay is currently enjoying a huge buzz with his new single called Calli Tea.

The single, produced by Fontano Thompson is currently enjoying heavy rotation on a number of local radio stations, including IRIE FM, HITZ 92 FM, ZIP FM, Sun City FM and KLAS FM.

"Mama Elise was the first DJ at IRIE FM to play Calli Tea, she started playing it three weeks ago. Since then a lot of other DJs have been playing it. I am very appreciative for their support," said the artiste.

The soft-spoken singjay said he is happy with the reception of the song. "I am very happy that Calli Tea is doing so well. I am hoping that this will be the song to give me a musical breakthrough," he said.

Calli Tea was written by Snatcha with the help of his big brothers Pliers, Richie Spice & Jah Mikes.

"When we write songs, most of the time it's like a team effort kind of thing. My brothers and I like to sit down and hold a musical vibes at the studio. So when I got the rhythm from Black 90 Music, I sat down with Richie, Pliers and Jah Mikes and listen to it and hold a vibes. That's how we write most of our songs."

Snatcha is currently working on several new projects with various producers.
