Dancehall artiste Kashu, formerly known as Kashu Man, is on a musical high. He recently released the single, She Tell Mi Thanks, which was produced by Canada-based label, Star Track Reggae, on the Dancehall Party rhythm.

She Tell Mi Thanks is enjoying heavy rotation locally and internationally.

"This song is getting a lot of airplay right now. I am very happy about the response it's getting. The video for it is also getting a lot of love," the artiste said.

The hard-working deejay, is known for songs such as Mi Amor, No Badder Than Me and Higher Levels. He is gearing up for a busy summer.

He is scheduled to leave the island, before month end, for a two-month promotional tour of the US, which will see him performing at a number of events in the New York tri-state area, Florida and California.

"I'm leaving Jamaica in two weeks' time for the US. I will be there until the end of July. I have a number of shows already booked in places like New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. My booking agent is also working on some dates in California," said Kashu.

Kashu will also celebrate his birthday, while on tour, with his North American fans.

His birthday bash will take place at the Kabala nightclub in Hartford, Connecticut, on June 20.

"I'm going to celebrate my birthday at Kabala club, on the 20th of June.

"It's going to be a wonderful event with a lot of artistes, DJs and sound systems in the house," he said.
