An Ananda Alert has been activated for 16-year-old Mary-Ann Smith, ward of the state at the Wortley Home, Constant Spring, St Andrew, who has been missing since Saturday, April 1.

She is of brown complexion and about 168 centimetres (5 feet 6 inches) tall.

Reports from the Constant Spring police are that Mary-Ann was last seen at the facility about 6:45 a.m., wearing khaki tunic, cream blouse and a pair of black shoes. She has not been heard from since.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Mary-Ann Smith is being asked to contact the Constant Spring police at 924-1421, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
