Jamaica prodded to host second-round Olympic qualifiers |

Praises flowed from all corners of the volleyball community for Jamaica Volleyball Association's organisation of the CAZOVA Women's Beach Olympic Qualifiers at Ocho Rios Bay Beach. President of the NORCECA Volley-ball Confederation, Cristobal Marte, in a letter to Vincente Araujo, President of the FIVB Beach Volleyball Commission, described the level of organisation as "simply Amazing". President of CAZOVA, Mushtaque Mohammed, in a telephone call to Major Warrenton Dixon, a CAZOVA vice-president, encouraged that JaVA immediately consider hosting the second round of qualifiers as well. "The standard is indeed great, and the court layout can meet all international standards; the electronic advertising boards has added a new standard for us in this region in Beach Volleyball," he followed up in an e-mail.
