Amazing feedback for Raine's Sweet Escape

Contributed - Raine Seville

Dancehall singjay Raine Seville, has never been afraid to experiment with different concepts for her singles.

And with that willingness, the singjay has released another controversial effort called Sweet Escape. The single speaks of a love triangle involving a woman who has two male partners and sees Raine Seville relying on both her deejay and singing skills to tell her story.

Sweet Escape was produced by Yard Style Entertainment and is featured on the recently premiered Sweet Escape rhythm.

"The feedback has been amazing people have been expressing that they love the delivery. People tend to gravitate quicker to concepts that have a controversial element to them. The fact that I am speaking of being in a serious relationship and having a man on the side, makes people wonder if Raine really has a relationship and has a man on the side, or if the inspiration comes from somewhere else. That within itself grabs their attention," Raine Seville said.

The artiste is focused on spreading her brand in Barbados, where she says she is building a strong fan base. "I actually recorded three songs for two Bajan producers because we have to extend the brand outside of Jamaica. I have a show there in June, and I will be doing some promotions over there as well. I will also be on Sumfest this year," she said.

In the meantime, Raine Seville continues to work on her EP called Here Comes The Raine to be released in late 2015.

She is promoting singles Goodness on the Cute Bubble rhythm by Suku Ward and Chat Mi remix featuring Lisa Hyper, for which a music video will be released in coming days. She will also release a music video for My Um Um, which has a 80s pop music concept.
