Mr Khool drops new single

Mr Khool

Dancehall artiste Mr Khool recently released a new single titled One Touch. The hard-working deejay is confident that the song, which was produced by Insane Records, will do well both locally and abroad.

"I'm getting a lot of positive feedback about One Touch. It's a very good song and based on the response it's getting, I believe it's going to be a hit," he said.

Mr Khool also spoke about the progress of his previously released single, Pawty, which was done in tandem with Sean Sonic.

"Pawty is getting a lot of airplay locally and it's also getting rotation on radio stations in New York and Toronto. The video for Pawty is doing well too," he said.

Interviews

Mr Khool has been very busy on the local promotion rounds. He recently did a number of interviews on radio and TV stations, including HITZ 92 FM, RJR 94 FM, VYBZ 93 FM, LINKZ FM, HYPE TV, BOJ TV and E Plus.

"As an artiste you have to be in the public eye all the time. Pushing your career, is a constant grind, you have to keep marketing yourself and your music. I'm always doing a lot of interviews and street promotion. I can't afford to ease up," said the artiste.

Also in the pipeline for Mr Khool is the recording and release of a number of new singles for various producers, including top-flight dancehall producer Rohan 'Snowcone' Fuller.

"I'm getting ready to hit the studios and record a bunch of new tracks. I'll be working with Snowcone and couple other producers," he said.
