![]() Contributed - Frankie Be Good Reggae singer Frankie Be Good is steadily carving a niche for himself in the music business. The St A few years later, he moved to Florida, where he began his recording career. "I've always had a very strong love for music. I used to rap for my friends in high school, but when I moved to the US, I started to focus on reggae and dancehall music. While in college, I continued to perform for fun. When I moved to Florida, I went to a studio to record a dub plate for a DJ. Freddie McGregor was there and he told me that I should pursue a career in music, so I took his advice," he recalled. Frankie Be Good signalled his arrival on the Florida reggae scene in 2009 with the release of the EP, Tell Me Who. This was followed up by the release of a number of singles which have helped him to build a growing fan base among music lovers in that part of the US. The affable singjay, who holds a bachelor's degree in technical management from DeVry University, is promoting his latest project, a five-track EP, Love, Life & Experience. The EP, which was produced by Frankie Be Good from his Wally Bee Production label, features songs such as UR The Only 1, My Sweet Lady, and If You Wanna Go. |
