A series of events in his life, serves as the inspiration behind recording artiste Dilly Chris' latest single 'Bad Mind'. The song is self-produced but is featured on a rhythm created by Chimney Records.

"Bad Mind came about because over the years I have constantly had people trying to hinder my progress whether in the music business or everyday life," said Dilly Chris.

Bad Mind is reportedly generating heavy rotation in Florida, where Dilly Chris currently resides.

"It has," he said.

A video for Bad Mind has been released and is currently in rotation on local video outlets as well as in the Caribbean. It was directed by Izy Beats and shot in Miami.

The Hollywood, Florida-based Dilly Chris is originally from a community called Maryland in St Andrew. He is known for songs including Blow My Mind, Sweat, and Pain.

Currently in the island promoting the Bad Mind video and doing the media rounds, Dilly Chris attended the final day of the recently held ISSA/Grace Kennedy/LIME Boys and Girls' Championships at the National Stadium.

"As usual, Champs was well put together and I see a bright future for our Jamaican athletes," he noted.

A barber by profession, Dilly Chris is set to release a collaboration titled Body Good featuring Belize reggae artiste Tanya Carter.
