Two siblings accused of murdering a woman after the parties connected through social media, were further remanded when they appeared before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.

Charged with murder is Kino Gilzeane. Charged with murder and misprision of felony is Alicia Gilzeane.

The Crown alleged that the male accused conversed with the now-deceased woman, Sudean Jackson, 22, via social media. It is believed that, sometime later, the two agreed to meet.

Following their rendezvous, it is believed that Jackson was killed and her body dumped. The female accused reportedly helped her brother in the plot to conceal his alleged involvement.

Jackson's decomposing body was found in a shallow grave near the home of the accused in New Haven, St Andrew, on December 10.

In court, both accused were ordered further remanded until March 18 pending a mention hearing.
