Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI) will be hosting its Final Fete/Farewell party at Danny's Place in Harbour View, St Andrew, tonight.

The event starts at 8 p.m. and concludes at 2 a.m. DJs booked include Coppershot, Hypnosis Sound, Mr Murkuri and DJ Javvy Supreme.

The party will be a dancehall, EDM and soca affair. Member of the promotions team Audel 'Petche' Mantock said patrons should be prepared to turn up the vibes.

"The carnival season is in full swing and so we are looking to get revellers to attend this event for a real turn-up vibe. The students are basically hosting Maritime's first big party, so trust me when I say we're going all out," he said.

"We have a strong line-up of DJs and we have several activities to keep patrons busy where entertainment is concerned. All ladies are two-for-one, presold only," he added.

Patrons will be charged $300 presold, $400 at the gate. Four persons can enter at $1,000, and fourth-year students pay $150 each.
