Achieving relative success with productions like the '90s, Savali and Herbal Dance rhythms as well as Kabaka Pyramid's 'This Must Be Love' single, Digital Vibez Entertainment is gearing up to release a new effort called the Hot Steel rhythm.

The production company can be best described as a modernised old school sound. Hot Steel sees the producers dabbling with '90s-inspired instruments to deliver a track which will complement the deejay skills of iconic deejays like Lady Saw and Capleton, who have already recorded songs on it.

Lady Saw's effort is called Scamma, while Capleton's song is called Stay Suh. Other artistes featured on the rhythm include Bramma, Ffurious, Da'Plan and CeeGee.

The rhythm will officially premiere worldwide this week on Hitz 92FM in Jamaica, Vibes 106.1 FM in Gambia, Flames Radio UK, Tropixx 105.5 FM in St Maarten, XFM 95.1 in Ghana, on Ninja Crown (Mighty Crown), on IrishandChin.com, Randys Radio and Energy Radio.

Gary 'Shanguly' Samuels, who co-produced the effort with his partner, Michael 'MadVibez' Thompson, said their rhythms represent the '90s, which was the most successful era of dancehall music.

"Im a big fan of the '90's dancehall sound, and it's been our most successful period to date, so I was looking for a beat that the snare plays a main role along with bass rumble accents on every four bars, henceforth, the Hot Steel rhtyhm was born. This project is a mix of dancehall legends and future stars charged with carrying on the dancehall legacy," Shanguly said.

MadVibez and Shanguly have also worked with Chronixx on Odd Ras, which is featured on popular US video game, Grand Theft Auto.
