When her birthday party is held on Saturday, dancer Keiva said patrons should expect a night of enjoyment.

Her event, Magnum Keiva The Diva Birthday Party, will be held at D'Amor on Constant Spring Road and she wants partygoers to attend for the fun that she is promising.

"I take my birthday very serious and I want to celebrate it with my fans and friends. Just expect a lot of fun, enjoyment, a lot of dancing - just a good time - and wake up in the morning still talking about my event," she told THE STAR.

She said the theme of the event will be 'short shorts and boots', a theme she has wanted for years.

"For the four years, I have never had a theme for it and it is something I have been thinking about. For the past two years, I have been wearing gowns but I am not feeling that this year, so I just wanted to go sexy," she said.

Another first for the event is a major sponsor in the form of Magnum Tonic Wine.

"The party is growing. It is my first huge sponsor, which is Magnum. For me to have Magnum on board, I feel good. All the years, I have to do it myself," Keiva said.

Musical selections will be from Boom Boom, Harry Hype and Hotta Rice.
