Reggae singer Tasha T was in fine form recently when she appeared at the JARIA Ladies Night Reggae Month concert at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre.

She thrilled the large audience that turned out for the event with an exciting performance that featured several songs from her 2015 Juno Awards-nominated album titled Real Talk.

Delivering songs such as My God Is Real, Ethiopia, Mouth a Matic, Prescription, Preacher Man, and Bed Of Fire,TashaTstamped her class on the event.

"I really had a great time performing at the JARIA Reggae Month show. The audience was very receptive to my performance. They responded positively to all of my songs," she said.

Paying tribute to the pioneers of the music,TashaTperformed a cover of The Mighty Diamonds classic Have Mercy.She also made mention of several of the producers who played a role in the production of her Real Talk album, which has earned her a nomination in the 'Best Reggae Recording' category of this year's Juno Awards.

"I always like to show respect and honour to those who have paved the way for me and all the other artistes in reggae music today. The Mighty Diamonds are true pioneers of reggae. I did one of their songs during my set. I also took time out to big up the producers who helped me to make my album a success," saidTashaT.

Also on the cards forTashaTis the shooting of the video for Bed of Fire.

"I'm getting ready to shoot the video for Bed Of Fire. I want to have it done and ready for release before I go back to Canada. I'm also booked to perform on a couple more shows while I am here," said the artiste.
