Pharrell Williams insists that he enjoyed watching Taylor Swift dance at the Grammy Awards.

The Happy hitmaker was caught on camera looking unimpressed by the 24-year-old singer's dance moves at the star-studded ceremony but claims he was just "soaking it all in".

The 41-year-old star said: "She's awesome. Taylor knows the words to every song. It's amazing."

Asked if he was tempted to get up and join the Blank Space hitmaker, he told E! News: "That's her thing, that's her thing. I'm just kind of soaking it all in. It's always a new experience for me. She was kind of born in it (showbusiness). She was damn near raised in it, so for her, it's kind of like her vacation. She has a great time."

When his The Voice, USA co-star Blake Shelton suggested that the glamorous event was like the prom for Taylor, Pharrell added: "It really is. It's a great time for her, and I love that she has that moment."

The blonde beauty previously admitted that she is a huge fan of the Girl hitmaker and called him a sorcerer of happiness.
