Reggae artiste Raydaar has been enjoying an upward swing in his career since he released the video for his single titled 'Bad Mind'.

The video, which was directed by top-flight music video director Wayne Benjamin of Fabrikated Projex, is currently enjoying strong rotation on a number of local television stations.

The video has also caught the attention of music lovers online. So far, it has amassed several thousand hits on a number of YouTube channels.

"My video is getting a lot of support. The response to it has been very positive. It's receiving strong rotation on a lot of stations, it's also getting a lot of hits on YouTube," he said.

Promotional rounds

Over the last few weeks, Raydaar has been very busy doing promotional rounds. So far he has done a number of interviews on popular radio and television stations such as TVJ, RJR 94 FM, and HITZ 92 FM.

"I've been doing, a lot of promotion to push Bad Mind. I've done several interviews, and the experience has been very positive overall," he shared.

Encouraged by the success of Bad Mind, Raydaar is getting ready to record a sequel to the single called Seh Dem a Mi Fren.

"My next release will be a track called Seh Dem a Mi Fren. It's about people who pretend to be your friend, but behind your back, they are the ones who are crucifying you. There are a lot of negative people out there in the world, and I want to use my music to stamp out that kind of energy," said the artiste.
