Valentine's Day is tomorrow, and while couples and lovers are scrambling to come up with romantic getaways, event promoters Trifecta Events are presenting singles and couples alike with a sweet post Valentine's Day treat.

February 17 marks the staging of the first event in Trifecta's hashtag concept series, #RedVelVet, which will take place on the top floor of the Quad Nightclub located in the heart of New Kingston.

"A hashtag is a word or phrase preceded by a number sign used on social media sites to identify messages on a specific topic. We decided to use the symbol as a title itself and each event under the hashtag series will present unique themes and features to our patrons" commented Romier McCarthy of Trifecta Events.

With the next day being Ash Wednesday, patrons can party well into the morning at #RedVelVet. General admission is $1,500 and ladies are 2 for 1 in red at the gate for this price. There is also a special admission for college students with ID as they pay only $1000 before 1 a.m.

"In line with the name, ladies will enjoy delicious red velvet brownies courtesy of DAM Good Brownies, as well as red moscato on entry courtesy of Select Brands with their Rex Goliath brand," said Raheem Morrison another member of Trifecta Events.

Crowd pleasers HeavyD and JR from Chromatic will do musical juggling.
