Dquan to release mixtape |

|
Set to release his official mixtape, Dquan is already making strides on the reggae scene with his latest single, 'Hustle', produced by US-based Most Wanted Records. Known to be quite a charm with female fans, Dquan is now working assiduously in studio, as he gets ready to stamp an indelible mark on the dancehall/reggae scene. Born Damian Staple, Dquan hails from Manchester where he gives credit to his grandmother for her influence his musical craft. He exploded on to the music scene in 2008, with songs such as Something For You, Too Much Suffering and Played Me For So Long. Hustle has been enjoying rotation on the airwaves and gaining traction in Jamaica, the Caribbean and Europe. In a release sent to the Star, Dquan's management team announced: "We have officially released Dquan's mixtape and are now focusing on the debut track, Hustle, which has been receiving rave reviews from key players within the industry. He is now working on a compilation of new singles. We are also working on some tracks with production houses, So Unique and Bigs Production. Dquan is also slated to perform on a couple of shows this year in the Caribbean. In April, he will be in Trinidad and then will be making an appearance in Jamaica later at a much-anticipated stage show." Dquan has assured fans there are many more projects in the pipeline.
