Music executive found guilty of first degree murder

An executive of 21st Hapilos Digital Distribution, who was nabbed while awaiting a flight to Jamaica last year, was found guilty yesterday of first degree murder in the Montgomery Circuit Court in Maryland, THE STAR understands.

Information reaching our news desk is that the accused, Kevin Reynolds, was going by the name Dennis Graham for over a decade before he was caught at the airport.

According to www. Wusa9.com, Reynolds "climbed the ranks at popular reggae and dancehall music label 21st Hapilos Digital Distribution that lists offices on Madison Avenue in New York as well as in Kingston, Jamaica."

Reynolds, also known as Clement Reynolds, of the 1060 block of E 42nd St in Brooklyn, was arrested and charged for the shooting death of Winston King at approximately 11 p.m. on November 18, 2002 at 3326 Parkford Manor Drive in the Briggs Chaney area of Montgomery County.

THE STAR gathered that the murder took place in front of King's daughter who was 11 years old at the time.

Reynolds is now awaiting sentencing.
