Andre' Williams, STAR Writer A New Year has begun and with it comes new hopes and aspirations that should spark in every heart that wish for happiness and prosperity. Last year might have shown grim state of affairs locally with stories of bloodletting, tragedies and human failures, however, the excitement of a new year brings about an anticipation of a better future. With that in mind, THE STAR asked a member of the public, as part of our People's Opinion feature, their resolution for the New Year. For Renesha Lewis, bartender, she is optimistic that 2015 will be a better year for her, than 2014. She told THE STAR, "In 2015, I want to own and operate my own business. It will be a better year for me because I am more self-motivated." Stay tuned for next week's segment of the People's Opinion where the public voice their sentiments on varying topical issues. |
