Here's to a sexy 2015

The year 2015 is finally here, and what an exciting time it is to be alive! Sexy New Year to all of you and I wish you impeccable health, infinite wealth, delirious happiness, and most important, multiple orgasms.

For this new year, it is a practice for most of us to come up with resolutions so that we can improve on various aspects of our lives. The truth is most of these resolutions are about career, education, and even weight loss. Most persons completely ignore their sex life. It is time to stop forgetting about the most important part of your life. Here are some ideas for this year's sexy resolutions.

Let the person you are friends with, but, whose bones you have wanted to jump, know how you feel. You know you want more than just friendship, but you are afraid of how this person will respond. Do it anyway. It's better to be completely honest about your true feelings and let them respond to that rather than to be lying to yourself and suffering in silence.

Try something taboo, sexy, new, and adventurous even if it scares you. We get so caught up in our routines that it sometimes stops us from trying anything new. Do not allow fear to be the foundation of your life. act anyway! you just might like this new experience. At the very least, you would know what it feels like.

Have one more orgasm per week than you did last year. Orgasms are good for you, so have more of them. Even if you didn't have any orgasms last year, you can now enjoy the one each week.

Do something you said you would never do. Sometimes we write something off based on our friends' opinions of this thing even though they don't know much about it. Stop making uninformed choices and decide based on your own thoughts. Who knows? you could be depriving yourself of a really fun, interesting experience.

Indulge in the things that make you feel good at least once a month. If it's cake, a trip to the country or the beach, football, it doesn't matter. treat yourself to what makes you happy. We have enough around us to stress us, so always take the time to be with the ones who you love and do the things that make you happy.

Have more quickies. It feels really good to do something bad once in a while, so do it. Create some adventure by having quickies. Try doing it in restaurant bathrooms or on a road trip. Do your best not to get caught, and look out for cameras. Most important, have fun!

Masturbate! The negative stigma attached to masturbation needs to just go. In the meantime, ignore it and touch yourself. Masturbation is not just for lonely people, it is great for you if you are in a relationship as well. Mutual masturbation is an excellent foreplay technique.

Buy a sex toy. Yes, I know you think that you don't need a sex toy, and you are right. We also don't need ice cream. You could live a full life and never enjoy the delicious coolness that is ice cream, but life is so much better with it. The great thing about sex toys is that there is one for everyone, so find yours and have fun.

Read a sexy book. In the digital age, everyone is so caught up with their tablets, flat-screen TVs, and laptops without any attention paid to reading, but do it anyway. Erotic novels or articles can really help to get your juices flowing. It's even better if you read it together. get creative and act out a scene from the book.

Get a makeover. If you look good, you feel good. it's that simple. So get dolled up and let your self-confidence shine. Confidence is sexy no matter how you look at it, so put your best forward, even if you don't feel it. Fake it 'til you make it.

Your sexuality is as important as any other aspect of your life; it needs your attention and focus. Include sexy resolutions in your plans for improvement this year. Take care of all the aspects of your life, including your sexuality, and have a yourself a very sexy new year.

Question

Dear Dr Sexy,

Every year I make a resolution to lose weight, and today, I weigh more than I did last year this time. I have tried diets, joining the gym, even pills. I am just so disgusted with how my body looks and I am considering surgery. I hate my body and have stopped having sex with my boyfriend. He says I look ok, but I know he's just trying to make me feel better. I don't have any money for surgery right now, but I don't know what else to do. please help.

Keisha, Portmore

Dear Keisha,

I am not sure exactly how much weight you think you need to lose, but I do know that if you stop your life until it happens, then you are setting yourself up to fail. Weight loss is a challenge for everyone and it take great discipline to achieve. I recommend you see a doctor to get some guidance on an effective weight-loss method that you can try.

I also recommend that you find some physical activity that you enjoy - like dancing or martial arts - with a group that can help with moral support. In the meantime, you have to find things about your body you currently love and focus on that. You cannot cut off your partner completely either, so you must find a way to engage in sex that will make you both happy. Try wearing a corset during the act. it looks good and it adds a level of excitement.

Good luck and have a sexy New Year.

Stay sexy,

Dr Sexy
