Start 2015 with ALL CORRECT |

![]() file - ALL CORRECT (outside) winning with Shane Ellis aboard in 2012. Jimmie, STAR Racing Writer ALL CORRECT is back among overnight allowance horses in tomorrow's 1820-metre Fan Appreciation Day Trophy after spending the last three months in grade one, two classes higher, where he failed by a short head to win the Caribbean Sprint. In November's Caribbean Sprint, Wayne DaCosta's ALL CORRECT sat level, 57.0 kilos, with the winner, POTCHEEN, who went on to land the Gold Cup a month later. ALL CORRECT last beat overnight allowance company in February. He ran out a comfortable winner ahead of SIR SOUTH and WILLIE GOLDSMITH, at 1400 metres. On graduating to open allowance in April, he ran smack into out-of-class COMMANDING CHIEF, against whom he had no chance in the seven-furlong event. The following month, ALL CORRECT filled a six-horse field in grade one, a 1500-metre event won by his stablemate, PERFECT NEIGHBOUR. Quietly whispered at 6-1 on Labour Day, May 23, ALL CORRECT was absolutely no match for out-of-class TYPEWRITER in open allowance company at 1820 metres. For his next start, taking on PRINCESS POPSTAR, at 1100 metres in June, was a futile exercise in a race won in 1:05.3. Having spent four months in the higher class, ALL CORRECT became eligible to return to overnight allowance and successfully did so, albeit via the stewards' room. A fifth-place finish behind GO GO YVONNE was followed by a strong second to disqualified UNCLE TAF in August. Being awarded the overnight allowance event race meant ALL CORRECT had to leave the class, hence his next three starts in grade one, bypassing open allowance to race in the None Such Sprint, Caribbean Sprint and Gold Cup. Now that he is racing two classes lower in overnight allowance, allowed to do so due to time spent in the higher class, ALL CORRECT is simply out of class. A classic contender in 2012, ALL CORRECT shouldn't be overly bothered by 1820 metres in a mediocre field. DaCosta knows the gelding tends to get behind in most of his races and has countered by starting ROYAL VIBES in the seven-horse field. ROYAL VIBES will be asked to keep the leaders busy for as long as possible, setting it up for ALL CORRECT's late kick in the stretch run.
