When did you get saved? I got saved in 1997.

When did you get your conviction? My conviction came when I was in High School. I woke up one day with a yearning inside me for something more. My life was feeling incomplete, so I turned to the Bible as a way to fill the emptiness in me. While I was reading the Bible I came across a scripture which said, 'True wisdom comes from above'. I was also on a pursuit for wisdom. As I read the passage and discovered that true wisdom really comes from above, I stopped and said I needed to serve God. Immediately, I felt as if I was being pulled closer to God. For weeks I could not sleep, and suddenly I became fearful of judgement. This continued for over a month, before I finally surrendered my life to the Lord. I surrendered to the Lord during a men's fellowship service at the Sanguinetti New Testament Church of God in Clarendon.

What is your most miraculous moment since getting saved? My whole life has been a miracle. The fact that God saved me is a miracle. The fact that God brought me through everything that I have encountered is a miracle also.

Message to christians: My message to Christians is that they should not be too comfortable in just being a member of a church. They should not be relaxed in the fact that they are saved. Christians should move on and go for greater things in God. Strive to win others for God. Try to remember that Christianity is a journey which Christians should grow. Grow in your knowledge of God, especially in these times when there are so many religions and religious groups that are preaching so many different messages that are contrary to the Bible.

Message to non-christians: My message is for you to discern the times and realise that these days are evil. Remember God and make Him the priority in your life. You do not have much time left. Time is running out.
