Raymond Graham, STAR Writer AFTER dominating in both the juniors and seniors all season, Denbigh High will be aiming to qualify both teams to the finals when the semi-finals of the Inter-secondary Schools Sports Association rural netball competition are played today at Manchester High School. Action gets under way at 11a.m in the junior section. Defending champions Denbigh will face Titchfield High and Bellefield High will go up against Manchester. beaten finalists The seniors are due on court at noon. Defending champions Holmwood Technical are down to face Knox College, while Denbigh oppose Herbert Morrison High. Following their impressive 54-12 win a week ago over St Elizabeth Technical, last year's beaten finalists Denbigh appear set to make it to another final. Titchfield will have their hands full in denying the Clarendon-based team a spot in the final and will have to improve big time on their performances. They stopped Bishop Gibson High 35-25 in their last match. Manchester, after a 35-25 win over Yallahs High, will start favourites to get the better of Bellefield who had a close 27-26 win over Anchovy. While the impressive Denbigh should get the better of Herbert Morrison in their senior encounter it should be a close finish in the Holmwood/Knox encounter. Defending champions Holmwood have been inconsistent this season and have lost twice to Denbigh and Knox. In their match last week they showed some fighting spirit to surprise the previously unbeaten Manchester, 44-34. Most of the Knox juniors who reached last year's final have graduated to the senior team. They have been playing well and will now have to prove that their earlier win over the defending champions was not a fluke.
