Hospital patient allegedly commits suicide |

|
A 26-year-old man is suspected to have committed suicide at the St Ann's Bay Hospital on Wednesday. The police identified the man as Gayon Jeffery, a labourer of Highgate, St Mary. The police say minutes to one this morning an alarm was raised by other patients. Jeffery's body was reportedly seen tied with a piece of gauze hanging from an electrical outlet inside a bathroom. The police say the scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue pending a post-mortem examination. |
