Dear Pastor,

What is your opinion on oral sex? I am 35 and got married four years ago. before we got married we used to practice oral sex. My husband is 36. I found oral sex even more satisfying than penetration. We have one child. soon after my husband and I resumed having sex, we started to do oral sex again. He got it into his head that it was not as nice as before, but I continued to enjoy it.

When I wanted him to do it, I coaxed him and I got down on him. when I got down on him, I realised he wanted it just as I did. My husband and I have become Christians. in a discussion at church, the pastor condemned oral sex and said the mouth was not made for that, so we quit doing it often. sometimes my husband says, "Pastor can talk as much as he wants, you are my wife, give me what I want."

So what do you say about oral sex?

I am not here to attack your pastor. I am here to speak the truth. the truth is, the Bible is silent on the subject of oral sex. You will not find one verse in the Bible to support or condemn it. I believe a minister of the Gospel should not be dogmatic or judgemental on such a topic. Where the Bible is silent, he should be silent.

Your husband and yourself are married. what you enjoy doing with each other in your bedroom is your business. If both of you enjoy oral sex, I wish you well. However, I have one caution to give. People who engage in oral sex with multiple sex partners expose themselves to diseases. Therefore, that is a warning to everybody.
