![]() A taxi operator, who allegedly stole his motor vehicle from the parking lot of a police station, had his bail extended in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Wednesday. Charged with larceny of motor vehicle is 31-year-old Huyan Facey. The Crown alleges that the accused, whose 1991 Nissan AD Wagon was seized by the police, used a spare key and stole the vehicle which was in police custody. The vehicle was in the parking lot at the front of a Corporate Area police station. Facey was later arrested and charged. He is to return to court on November 12, when the matter will be mentioned. |
