'Dad' wants child to have his name. Mother's doesn't know what she wants |

![]() ![]() ![]() Twenty-six-year-old Donovan Brownis eager to be selected as this month's Paternity Puzzle winner because he wants 23-year-old Emily Davisto change the surname of her three-year-old daughter into his name. Brown and Davis told THE STAR that they met about four years ago at a Christmas concert and their relationship blossomed. A few months later, Williams became pregnant. The pair however is no longer in a relationship. The pair explained to THE STAR the reasons behind the doubts. Davis: "He said it's not his, he's saying I had someone else; but me tell him seh me sure a his own." Brown: "The child isn't in my name, she told me that I wasn't there during her pregnancy that's why she gave it to somebody else, but the child is mine." Davis admitted to THE STAR that the child is indeed registered in another man's name. Davis: "The child is registered in a next guy's name because he (Brown) said I should give it to my man." Brown admitted to THE STAR that he was not there for Davis during her pregnancy stating that, "she was the cause for that." The pair was asked whom the child resembles. Brown: "The child resembles me, my family have seen the child and they say is mine." Davis: "The child resembles him in every way" The pair was asked what they would like the results to state. Brown: "I want it to say that it's mine." Davis: "I don't know what I want the results to say, a him waa mek sure not me." THE STAR asked the pair what would happen if the results should say Brown is not the child's father. Brown: "I wouldn't have anything to do or say, I would be lost for a few minutes, I would be in shock." Davis: "Nothing will happen and it wont say he's not the father." Names Changed
