Launtia Cuff, Star Writer

Two men who were accused of lottery scamming had their million-dollar bails reduced when they appeared in the Santa Cruz Resisent Magistrate Court on Monday.

The men are Shallando Graham and Jamie Harley. Their bails were reduced to $500,000 each.

The men were arrested in Mandeville, Manchester, on July 29, along with two others in a car.

They were searched and found to be in possession of identity information.

Graham was taken to his home where 19 lead sheets were found.

Hartley was also taken to his place of residence, where an exercise book with identity information was found on a bedside table in the room he occupied.

They were subsequently arrested and charged.

They are set to return to court December 10.
