The third staging of the black and white themed YOLO party is set to be bigger and better, according to the event's much-liked promoter, Kerry Ann Major. Known mostly to her peers as Sunshine, the promoter is going all out to ensure that her increasingly popular party betters events of yesteryear. She has opted for musical line-up of DJ Madness and Chub Roc, two of the finest street selectors around. The event is set to take place on Friday, October 24 at Fren and Company Lawn, in Spanish Town, St Catherine. Admission stands at $3000, with food being inclusive. "The event is going to be a blast, I can assure you," said Sunshine. It's an elegant affair, themed black and white. Patrons can expect a full package. A host of attractions such as a candy bar alongside a chocolate fountain, detox and hookah bars and make-up booth will be made available for patrons. There will be giveaways throughout the night, as well as a main prize for the best dressed male and female in black and white. The first five ladies into the venue get a free makeover courtesy of Mua Georgia Gray. Sunshine, who also hosts her annual summer party SOS (Shades of Summer), and Ash Wednesdays Family Fun Day and Cook-out, said she is confident her event will be a success. "Already there is a major buzz surrounding the event. I believe this will be my biggest birthday bash yet," she said. The event is being sponsored by Romeich Wear, Overdose Entertainment, XL Energy Drink, Bikini Sundays Family, and several others.
