My niece stole my husband |

Dear Pastor, I am a 57-year-old woman and I have been divorced twice. I divorced my last husband because I caught him having sex with my niece. My niece turned around and cursed me and told me that my husband didn't want me and she is young and can do the work. I was so shocked. This is a girl I was helping to go to college. That very day I put her out and my husband followed. She is living on her own now. I divorced him. He did not give me any trouble. He was 10 years younger than me. I spent a lot of money on him and he told me he would be with me until I die. I am a nice woman. Nothing is wrong with me. I did not know my niece would try to take away my husband from me. This man couldn't keep a job and I was paying all the bills. Now I know when he got money who was getting it, my niece was getting it. I will never trust another relative in my house. One day he left his phone and went out and I read some messages from a girl but I did not know that it came from my niece. I don't want another man in my life. Pastor, I enjoy reading your column. Continue to talk the truth. I wish more of us would listen to what you say. R.M Dear R.M., I wonder if your niece believes that she could be sexually involved with your husband and totally take him over, so to speak, and not suffer the consequences in the years ahead. How could she curse you and she knows that what she has done with your husband is wrong. She did not show any remorse. Shame on her and shame on your husband too. Both of them have disgraced themselves. Instead of cursing you, this girl should have begged you not to say anything to her parents or to anyone for that matter. Why do you think your niece became sexually involved with your husband? Do you think that it was for money? I want to believe that it was. She is living on her own now, how will she pay that rent? You have tried your very best to help your niece and your husband. Your niece has been very ungrateful and your husband will meet his "waterloo". It is just a matter of time. Pastor |
