Charly Black for Trelawny Fiesta

International Dancehall recording artiste Charly Black recently returned to the island after a two-month tour of Europe.

Since his return, he has focused his attention on the promotion of his single, Jamaican Everyday. The single, released before he left Jamaica in June for Europe, is number 10 on the ER Top Ten Chart on TVJ.

"As usual, it's a nice feeling being home again. It's always nice to come home and enjoy the warm sunshine and some good Jamaican vibes after being on the road for a while. The tour was a resounding success. Europe is one of my biggest markets outside of Jamaica; my fan base over there is growing rapidly. Now that I'm back, I've been doing a lot work in the streets to promote Jamaican Everyday, the response to this single has been very good; the fans love it."

Charly Black is also dealing with a number of other projects, including his upcoming Trelawny Fiesta, slated for tomorrow at Zebra Force Lawn in Warsop, Trelawny.

The event, in its fourth staging, will feature top sound systems Stone Love and Swatch, alongside DJ Ashile from IRIE FM. Special guest will be Keiva Di Diva. DJ Crawba Genius will be the host.

"This is the biggest country party. Every year it's a success and this year it's going to be even bigger. This party is my way of showing my appreciation to my fans in Trelawny. I'm from Trelawny and I want all the people in that parish to come out and have a good time," said the artiste.
