The church hates me |

![]() ![]() Dear Pastor, I am from Clarendon. I am attending a prominent church in the area and, because I am not a member of the church, the pastor and some of the members hate me and are fighting against me. They don't like me, especially when I don't have anything to give them. The pastor is even asking God to move the stumbling block out of their way, just because I don't have any money to give them on Sundays. This pastor behaves as if he is a demon. He forces people to get baptised just to push envelopes on them to take away their money. He is praying bad prayers against me and he has a daughter. I am still in the faith and going to church. T Dear T, If you know for sure that the pastor is saying bad things about you and is against you, and you are also sure that other members are ignoring you and spreading propaganda against you, you should make an appointment to see the minister and discuss your concerns with him. Don't be afraid to approach the pastor. Do not allow anyone to force you to get baptised. And even when members may say negative things about you, don't retaliate, ignore them. Continue going to church. If you do not have an offering, don't allow that to prevent you from going to worship. Sometimes people think that pastors are throwing words at them, so to speak, but that is not always true. Pastor |
