Busy summer schedule for Kalado

Kalado

'Living The Life' is one of the new summer songs from raving dancehall act Kalado, whose star is definitely in the ascendancy.

It will be a season of fun for the artiste as he traverses the island, from Kingston to Negril, Montego Bay and Portmore to get up close and personal with his fans.

The in-demand entertainer is all set to earn his stripes at Reggae Sumfest Dancehall Night on Thursday, July 17, after which he has a string of shows lined up locally, along with a tour of Europe. A quick look at his itinerary shows him doing the Montego Bay Jerk Festival on August 1, followed by the hugely popular Bikini Sundayz on August 3, and of course, Dream Live in Negril would not be the same without Kalado.

"Naturally, I'm looking forward to all my show dates this summer and I like the fact that my dates are not confined to Kingston. Sumfest will be in a class by itself and Dream Live will be a totally different experience, so the fans will be seeing the different moods of Kalado," the artiste promised.

fame

Already gaining fame, both locally and overseas, for his compelling songs, his smooth style, his defining lyrics and his on-stage presence, Kalado has added to his repertoire a list of new songs which will undoubtedly have the dancehall, radio and the club scene buzzing.

Among the singles are House Party, Rave Till Sunlight, Mi Money Good, Take A Ride, Paper Trail and Step Out.

Kalado will be rounding out August with a tour of Europe, which is scheduled to take place from August 7 to 30.
