Hailing from the Sunshine City of Portmore, St Catherine, burgeoning dancehall artiste Troy Casey, more popularly known by the moniker 'Blingz', is intent on making his mark.

The artiste has been steadily carving out a niche for himself since emerging on the scene two years ago with the song Back It Up.

After gaining some level of success locally, Blingz, along with his friends Kutti and Tempa, took the initiative to form their own independent record label, Enemy Line Records (ELR).

The label currently boasts a five-member complement and remains the platform that continues to nurture his career. Since then, he has released a 17-track compilation titled Element Of Surprise to favourable reviews from the dancehall populous.

Driven by the support of a solid team, Blingz's career continues to experience upward mobility complemented by songs, namely Pole Dancer, Go Dung and Bubble.

In 2014 he released Follow Instruction, which gained him a radio interview with Robbo Ranx of the esteemed Britain-based BBC 1xtra. He was also afforded the opportunity to travel and perform in Europe on numerous occasions.
